Chinese phone maker Xiaomi is offering you their latest quad-core dual SIM Android 4.2 smartphone, the Red Rice (Hongmi). Priced at just 799 Yuan (about $130) fully unlocked, the handset packs a 4.7-inch 1280 x 720 HD IPS touchscreen display, a 1.5GHz 28nm MediaTek MT6589 quad-core processor, a PowerVR SGX544 GPU, a 1GB RAM, a 4GB of storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual cameras (720p front & 8MP rear), dual SIM card slots (GSM + TD-SCDMA), GPS/AGPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a 2000mAh battery and runs on Xiaomi’s MIUI V5 operating system, which is a custom ROM based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS.
